instruments: bass or piano

Music is a language which is innate in all of us. Developing a deeper relationship with it is beneficial for your personal growth in all aspects of life. Who will you become?

Lessons are built around improving instrumental technique, music theory, and composition as applicable in the fields of jazz or classical. The students are not limited to bass and piano but my technical instruction will be limited outside of those instruments. The curriculum follows a general path based on books like "The Inner Game of Tennis" by Timothy Gallwey, "Effortless Mastery" by Kenny Werner, and John Patitucci’s “Walking Bass”, along with transcriptions and pieces from jazz and classical. Students of all levels and ages are welcome! If the student’s needs are beyond my curriculum, I have can direct them to a more suitable teacher.
